Hockey heads south to face Chargers
Alaska Anchorage will hit the road this weekend for a pair of WCHA games at Alabama Huntsville.
Alaska Anchorage leads the all-time series with Alabama Huntsville 21-9-3. The Seawolves are 15-4-0 against the Chargers in Anchorage. The two teams split the series last year at Sullivan with UAH winning game one (4-2) and UAA winning game two (2-1).
Freshman Jared Nash scored his first career goal in sixth game as a Seawolf. The Stratford, Ont., native scored his first career goal at 10:33 of the first period against Northern Michigan Saturday. Trey deGraaf and Nicolas Erb-Ekholm assisted on the goal.
Senior Jeremiah Luedtke scored his 13th career goal last weekend against Northern Michigan. The Lynnwood, Wash., native leads the team in career pionts (37), assists (24) and games played (102).
The senior class has accounted for nine points over the last four games for the Seawolves. The senior class leads all classes in both goals (14) and points (25). The junior class leads in assists with 13.

UAA has had 23 different players record a point this season.
Sophomore Jordan Xavier is the lone Seawolf skater who has not committed a penalty this season.
