ON TAP: The Alaska Anchorage men’s and women’s ski team will host the six straight days of skiing starting with the Seawolf Invitational, Feb. 23-26, and then finishing with the NCAA West Regional/RMISA Championships, Feb. 27-28.

SEAWOLF BITES: The Seawolves host some of the top Div. I teams in the country, Feb. 23-28, in NCAA champions Colorado, Denver, New Mexico and Utah ... on the Nordic side, UAA will look to junior Mackenzie Kanady, who has five top-10 showings this season on the women’s team, while junior Clement Molliet has five top-10 performances for the men ... Molliet is currently ranked No. 5 in the RMISA MVP points with 149, while Kanady is ranked No. 4 with 162 points ... for Alpine, the men’s team has been led by sophomore Hughston Norton, who has four top-20 finishes, while freshman Charley Field tops the women’s squad.

AT THE RMISA CHAMPIONSHIPS: UAA best finish ever the RMISA meet came in 2010 when the Seawolves finished second with 764 points ... the Seawolves also have a third-place team showing from 1995 ... individually, UAA has 10 RMISA titles.
