2014: INDOOR – Won GNAC heptathlon title with NCAA provisional total of 4,904 points … also scored points in 60-meter dash (7th place, 7.44 seconds) as Seawolves claimed runner-up team finish … earned All-West Region honors in heptathlon … scored 4,880 in heptathlon at Ed Jacoby Invitational … ran team season-bests of 7.04 in 60-meter dash at Ed Jacoby Invite and 8.52 in 60-meter hurdles at GNACs. OUTDOOR – Voted GNAC Male Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Year … earned All-America honors with 7th-place finish in decathlon to help UAA to 22nd-place team finish at NCAA Championships … NCAA total of 7,189 points increased Seawolf record and was 2nd-best mark in GNAC history … named Outstanding Male Performer of the Meet at GNAC Championships after helping UAA to program-best runner-up finish … won GNAC decathlon title with 6,617 points and earned All-GNAC honors running anchor leg of 4x400 relay that finished runner-up in 3:15.51 … also scored points at GNAC Championships in high jump (5th, 6-2.25), long jump (5th, 21-10.25), 100 meters (6th, 11.00) and as third leg of 4x100 relay (5th, 42.05) … posted team season-best marks in 100 (10.96), 110-meter hurdles (school-record 14.81), high jump (6-6), pole vault (13-5.25) and long jump (22-8.5), and ran 200-meter dash in 22.24 … named All-West Region in decathlon.
2013: INDOOR – Posted GNAC record of 4,863 in heptathlon at GNAC Championships for first place, helping UAA to runner-up team finish … qualified provisionally for NCAAs in heptathlon … posted UAA’s fastest 60-meter time at 7.12 and 60-meter hurdles at 8.62 … named GNAC Athlete of the Week on Jan. 28 … OUTDOOR – Qualified for NCAAs in Pueblo, Colo., in decathlon with UAA-record point total of 6,781 – registered at Northridge Invite on March 14 … set a career-best 100-meter time at NCAAs at 10.92 and in shot put at 37-2.25 … won decathlon at the GNAC Championships, helping UAA to fourth-place team result.
