2012: Ended collegiate career in cross country with a career-best 14th-place showing at the NCAA Championships with a time of 29:56.5, helping the Seawolves to a program-best third-place team result … earned first career All-America honor in cross country … helped the Seawolves to a runner-up finish at the West Region Championships with a 10th-place finish in 32:32.35, earning fourth straight All-Region honors … collected a second-place finish at the GNAC Championships on Oct. 20, helping UAA to its third straight conference title … furnished fourth consecutive all-conference honor … helped UAA to a GNAC-record 23 points at the league championships … finished third at both Hawaii invites and seventh at the Western Classic Invite on Oct. 6 … named to the GNAC All-Academic Team for the third time and to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.

Helped UAA to its second straight sweep of the GNAC and West Region team titles, finishing 4th in both races for all-conference and all-region honors … crossed the line at 25:13 in the 8K at GNACs and 30:52 in the 10K at regionals … raced at the NCAA Championships for third consecutive season, posting a career-best 71st place to help UAA to an 8th-place team finish … wrapped up junior year with six top-5 finishes, including runner-up at the UAA Invite (Sept. 1) and 3rd-place finishes at both the Hawaii Pacific Invite (Sept. 3) and Hawaii Big Wave Invite (Sept. 10) … UAA’s second man across the line in four races … named to the GNAC All-Academic team for second time.

2008: Joined UAA at the NCAA Championships in his rookie season, helping the squad to an 11th-place team finish ... was the fourth Seawolf to cross the line at Nationals at 90th in a time of 33:04 ... completed the season with four top-10 finishes, including a 3rd-place finish at the GNAC Championships (25:09), helping UAA win the conference meet, while making the All-GNAC team ... was the Seawolves’ third runner at the West Regional, completing the race in 9th with a time of 33:26 for All-West Region honors.
