2011: Competed in five of the seven races as a junior … posted a season-high 13th place at both the UAA Invite (Sept. 1) and Hawaii Pacific Invite (Sept. 3) … competed in the GNAC Championships, finishing the 8K race in a time of 27:24, helping the Seawolves to their sixth conference title … earned spot on the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2010:
Dressed for the Green & Gold in all seven races and was a member of UAA’s program-best 8th-place team at the NCAA Championships on Dec. 4 in Louisville, Ky. … recorded a season-best 9th-place result at the Hawaii Pacific Invite on Sept. 4, covering the 5K course in a time of 15:34 … registered a 31st-place finish at the GNAC Championships on Nov. 6 in Yakima, Wash., with a time of 26:44 … helped UAA to its fifth GNAC title and first West Region title … made NCAA debut.

2009: Suited up in all six races as a freshman ... produced a season-best 7th-place showing at UAA Invite on Aug. 5 with a time of 16:24.60 ... was UAA’s fifth man at GNAC Championships and at West Region Championships, completing both races in 39th place.

BEFORE UAA:
Produced a 34th-place result at the 2007 Ontario High School Cross Country Championships ... finished 3rd in the 800 meters at the 2006 Canadian Legion National Track Championships ... a two-time qualifier for the Ontario Track & Field Championships ... clocked personal-best times of 1:55.35 in the 800 and 3:55.40 in the 1500.
