2014: INDOOR – Recorded a career best at the GNAC Championships in the 5,000 meters with a time of 19:23.61 … posted a season high of 11:19.16 in the 3,000 meter at the GNAC Championships. OUTDOOR – Registered a career best at the Beach Invite in the 3,000 meters, finishing at 10:20.31 … registered season bests in the 1500 meter at the Beach Invite with a time of 4:56.01 and at the Bryan Clay Invite clocking a time of 18:31.33 in the 5,000 meters … posted a time of 38:33.86 at the GNAC Championships in the 10,000 meter relay … earned GNAC All-Academic.

2013: INDOOR – Competed in the 3,000 meters, posting a time of 10:20.31 at the University of Washington Open on Feb. 10 … OUTDOOR – Participated in the distance events for the Seawolves, registering a time of 17:35.74 in the 5,000 meters at the Ben Brown Invite on March 9 and a time of 37:16.69 in the 10,000 meters at the San Francisco State Carnival on April 6 … named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2012: Competed in the distance events for UAA, posting season-best times of 4:58.29 in the 1500 meters at the Azusa Pacific Invite (April 12), 17:46.30 in the 5,000 meters at the Willamette Invite (March 30) and 37:16.69 in the 10,000 meters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (April 6) … at the GNAC Championships, finished 11th in the 10,000 meters at 41:24.43.

BEFORE UAA: Attended Corban College in 2010, earning MVP honors in cross country and track & field ... competed in cross country (4 years), cross country skiing (4 years), and track & field (3 years) at North Pole HS … competed in state cross country championships as a sophomore, junior & senior … named North Pole HS Top Female Long Distance Runner … named Wendy’s Alaska State Female Athlete.
