2012 ALL-CONFERENCE

2012:
Member of the conference-winning 4x400-meter relay team that posted a season-best time of 3:15.03 … posted a season-best time of 11.68 in the 100 meters at the Long Beach State Invite and a time of 54.52 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Ben Brown Invite … registered a time of 1:56.16 at the Occidental Invite in the 800 meters, good for fourth-best on the team.
 
BEFORE UAA:
Competed in the B.C. Summer Games and holds the 100-meter hurdle record (13.58) and the 300-meter hurdle record (39.04)... holds the Canadian 15 year-old sprint hurdle record (13.73) ... holds Western Canada Games 400-meter hurdle record (52.89) ... ran for Comox Valley Cougars club team from 2005-2011and Team B.C. in 2008 and 2010.
