2013: INDOOR – Completed collegiate career with a time of 8:47.86 in the 3,000 meters and 15:13.64 in the 5,000 meters at the GNAC Championships – helping UAA to a runner-up team result … OUTDOOR – Registered a personal-best time of 15:01.69 in the 5,000 meters at the Ben Brown Invite on March 9, before setting a PR of 31:12.32 in the 10,000 meters at the Occidental invite on March 15 … collected first GNAC Championship title by winning the 10,000 meters on May 10-11.

2012: Set career-best times in three events, registering a time of 4:02.93 in the 1500 meters (Bryan Clay Invite), 15:08.44 in the 5,000 meters (Ben Brown Invite) and 31:19.69 in the 10,000 meters (Occidental Distance Carnival) – good for sixth best all-time in the UAA history book.

2011: Ended first season with the Green & Gold with UAA’s fastest 10,000-meter time of 31:34.34 set at the Willamette Invite on April 2, good for sixth in the GNAC … 10K time ranks fifth on all-time UAA list … recorded the fourth-best time for UAA in the 5,000 meters at 15:12.02 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on March 25, good for 10th all-time in the GNAC … posted season-best times of 2:03.12 in the 800 meters at the UNLV Classic (March 4) and 4:04.52 in the 1500 meters at the Bryan Clay Invite (April 15).

BEFORE UAA: Competed two years at Everett (Wash.) Community College ... placed 4th in the 10,000 meters in 34:05.22 and 5th in the 5,000 meters in 15:58.39 at 2010 NWAACC Track & Field Championships ... finished 8th at 2009 NWAACC Cross Country Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Top prep times were 4:18.96 in the 1600 and 9:16.35 in the 3200 ... finished 6th at 2007 Washington Class 4A Cross Country Championships (5K).
