2013: INDOOR – Competed in the 3,000 meters for the Seawolves at the University of Washington Open on Feb. 10, posting a time of 10:19.76 … OUTDOOR – Posted a career-best time of 11:06.21 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase on April 6 at the Willamette Invite, also a NCAA provisional qualifying time … named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2012: Posted a career-best time of 17:43.48 in the 5,000 meters at the Willamette Invite on March 30 – ranks 10th all-time in the UAA history book … posted season-best times of 4:55.26 in the 1500 meters at the Azusa Pacific Invite (April 20) and 11:15.04 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Occidental Invite (May 5) ... named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2011:
Recorded a career-best time in the 1500 meters of 4:40.88 at the Willamette Invite on April 1, good for 13th in the GNAC … posted a personal-best time of 38:31.56 in the 10,000 meters at the GNAC Championships on May 13, finishing 6th … held GNAC ranks of 7th in the 10K … 10K time ranks 6th on the all-time UAA list … named to the GNAC All-Academic Team with a 3.60 GPA.

2010: Led UAA in the 800 as a rookie, posting a team season-best time of 2:16.91 at the Bryan Clay Invite on April 16 – 3rd on the all-time UAA list … posted the 5th-best time of the season in the 1500 with a time of 4:42.94 at the Long Beach Invite (April 17) – 6th on all-time UAA list … finished in 11th place at the GNAC Championships in the 800 with a time of 2:19.77 and 14th in the 1500 with a time of 4:50.22.

BEFORE UAA: A four-time letterwinner in both cross country and track & field … during senior season, placed runner-up at the state meet in the 3200 and 5th in the 1600 … member of the 2nd-place 4x800 relay team and the 4th-place 4x400 relay team at the state meet … posted personal records of 11:07 in the 3200 meters and 5:14 in the 1600 meters.
