2014: INDOOR – Earned All-American in the distance medley relay … furnished All-West Region and All-GNAC honors in the 800 meters, one mile, 3,000 meters, and as a member of the distance medley relay … posted career bests in the 800 meters at the GNAC Championships finishing in 2:16.23, in the one mile at the Husky Open finishing in 5:04.86 and at the Husky Open with a time of 10:09.80 in the 3,000 meters … posted a season high in the distance medley at the UW Classic with a time of 11:52.63. OUTDOOR – Earned All-American and All-West Region honors in the 1500 meters and was a NCAA qualifier … ran season bests at the Beach Invite with a time of 2:10.82 in the 800 meters, in the 1500 meters finishing in 4:25.39 at the Mt. SAC Relays and at the GNAC Championships posting a time of 18:18.15 in the 5000 meter.

2013: INDOOR – Made NCAA appearance as a member of the distance medley relay, picking up All-America honors after finishing fifth in Birmingham, Ala. … competed in the one mile, posting third-fastest time on team (5:06.75) at the GNAC Championships … helped UAA to first-ever league title … OUTDOOR – Furnished a UAA-record time of 2:09.34 in the 800 meters at the GNAC Championships, helping the Seawolves to the team title … qualified to the NCAAs in Pueblo, Colo., in the 800 meters and the 1500 meters … led the Seawolves in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:26.64, recorded at the Long Beach State Invite on April 19 … posted a time of 17:24.60 in the 5,000 meters at the Beach Invite.

2012: Qualified for second straight NCAA Championships, earning first career All-America honor … finished 7th in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:41.98 … qualified automatically for the NCAAs in the 1500 meters with a UAA-record time of 4:25.19 at the Occidental Invite on May 5 … posted NCAA provisional times in the 800 meters (2:12.26) and 5,000 meters (17:05.56) … 5,000 meter time was a career-best and ranks fifth all-time for UAA … earned All-Region honors in the 800 meters and 1500 meters … at the GNAC Championships, finished third in the 1500 meters (4:33.55) for all-conference honors, and finished fourth in the 800 meters (2:13.94) and seventh in the 5,000 meters (18:08.27) … named GNAC Athlete of the Week on May 7.

2011: Qualified for the NCAA Div. II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Turlock, Calif., in both the 800 meters and 1500 meters … qualified for the finals in the 1500 meters (4:32.70) after finishing 11th in the prelims … went on to finish 9th in the 1500-meter finals with a time of 4:32.59 … in the 800 meters, finished 16th in the prelims with a time of 2:14.50 … named to the inaugural USTFCCCA Track & Field Div. II All-Region Team … at the GNAC Championships on May 13-14, raced to 8th-place showing in the 1500 meters at 4:37.31 and a 9th-place finish in the 800 meters at 2:15.48 … received GNAC Athlete of the Week honors on March 14 after setting two school records and NCAA provisional times at the Occidental Distance Carnival (Mar. 11) and Northridge Invite (Mar. 12) … member of the 4x400-meter relay team that set the UAA record on May 7 at the Occidental Invite with a time of 3:50.28.

BEFORE UAA: Captured three state titles in track & field, winning the 1600 and 3200 at the 2010 ASAA 4A State Championships and the 800 at the 2009 meet … all three personal-bests came in state-title performances – 2:16.96 in 800; 5:09.41 in 1600; and 11:06.97 in 3200 … won back-to-back Region III titles in 1600 and 3200 in 2009 and 2010.
