2014: INDOOR – Won GNAC 400-meter title in 48.31 seconds and placed 5th in 200 meters in 22.29, helping Seawolves to runner-up team finish … also anchored 4x400 relay team that won title at GNAC Championships … gained NCAA provisional qualifying status in 400 … earned All-West Region honors in 400 meters and both relay events … OUTDOOR – Raced to GNAC 400-meter title in 47.94 … captured All-West Region honors in 400 meters and 4x400 relay … anchored 4x400 squad that broke GNAC record in 3:12.22 at Bryan Clay Invitational.

2013: INDOOR – Qualified for first NCAA appearance as the 400-meter leg of UAA’s distance medley relay … the foursome posted a NCAA provisional qualifying time of 9:55.87 on Jan. 25-26 at the University of Washington Invite … individually, registered a season-best and NCAA provisional time of 48.84 at the UW Invite … posted a team-best time of 22.42 in the 200 meters at the GNAC Championships on Feb. 15-16, helping UAA to a fourth-place team finish ... OUTDOOR – Redshirted.

Registered team’s season-best time in 400 meters at 47.55, winning title at the GNAC Championships, May 12 … recorded a career-best time of 1:54.25 in the 800 meters at the Occidental Invite, good for seventh-best in the all-time UAA record book … member of the GNAC-winning 4x400-meter relay team that posted a time of 3:15.03 and anchor leg of the 4x100-meter relay team that took third at the league championships with a time of 42.14.

2011: Improved upon his GNAC record in the 400 meters at the 53rd annual Mt. SAC Relays on April 14 in Walnut, Calif., with a NCAA provisional time of 47.51 … named to the inaugural USTFCCCA Track & Field Div. II All-Region Team … recorded UAA’s 3rd-best time of the season in the 200 meters at 22.70, good for 9th on the UAA all-time list … ranked 13th in the 200 meters in the GNAC … lead-off leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that set a UAA record on April 16 at the Long Beach Invite with a time of 3:14.74 … ... earned GNAC Athlete of the Week honors on April 18 ... missed the GNAC Championships meet due to a foot injury suffered at the Occidental Invite on May 7.

2010: Started college career with a GNAC record and NCAA provisional qualifying time in the 400 meters (47.97) on March 6 at the season opener … one weekend later, improved upon the record with a time of 47.62 at the Northridge Invite … went on to win the 400 meters at the GNAC Championships with a time of 47.97 … claimed second all-conference honor as the lead-off leg of the winning 4x400-meter relay team at GNACs … registered a UAA record of 3:14.98 with the 4x400-meter relay team at the Occidental Invite on May 8 … posted a season-best time of 22.67 in the 200 meters at the GNAC Championships, good for 11th place.

BEFORE UAA: Competed for Chugiak High School, earning four letters in track and three letters in both football and basketball … state record holder in the 400 meters with a time of 47.78 seconds … in addition to winning the 400 at the state meet in 2009, also took home the 200-meter title with a time of 22.66 … received MVP honors during senior season.
