2012:
Concluded collegiate career with second appearance at the NCAA championships … competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAAs, finishing 14th in the prelims at 11:28.58 … qualified automatically for the NCAAs with a personal-best time of 10:31.30 in the steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational – the second-fastest time in GNAC history, second to UAA’s Susan Tanui … named all-region in the steeplechaseproduced a career-best time of 17:06.14 in the 5,000 meters at the Willamette Invite on March 30 … registered a season-best time of 4:39.01 in the 1500 meters at the GNAC championships in May … at the GNACs, finished runner-up in the steeplechase with a time of 10:47.41 and finished fifth in the 1500 meters …named GNAC Athlete of the Week on March 13.

2011:
Redshirt.

2010: Made NCAA debut as a junior in the 3,000-meter steeplechase … finished in 15th place at Nationals with a time of 10:57.68 … broke the UAA record in the steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 15 with a time of 10:48.90 – a NCAA provisional qualifying time … second leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that posted a UAA record-time of 4:00.61 at GNACs … ranked 2nd on the GNAC performance list in the steeplechase … set personal-best time in the 800 (2:18.28), 1500 (4:36.69) and 5,000 (17:23.36) … on the all-time UAA list, ranked 4th in the 800, 5th in the 1500, and 6th in the 5,000.

2009: Set career-bests in three of four events during sophomore season ... posted times of 2:18.55 in the 800, 4:41.68 in the 1500 and 17:48.10 in the 5,000 ... registered UAA’s 3rd-fastest time of the season in the 800, and 2nd-fastest in both the 1500 and 5,000 … finished the season in the top 10 of the GNAC in both the 1500 and 5,000.

2008: Competed in three events at the GNAC Championships, earning three top-10 results ... best effort at conference meet was 5th in the 5,000 ... also placed 7th in the 1500 and 10th in the 3000 at GNACs ... registered 4th-best 1500 time in school history.

BEFORE UAA:
Placed 5th overall in the girls 1-2-3A event at the 2006 Alaska State High School Cross Country Championships ... finished 10th at the 2005 state meet.
