2012 ALL-CONFERENCE (4x100-meter relay)

2012: Registered a NCAA provisional qualifying time in the 400-meter hurdles in 53.47 at the Long Beach State Invite, good for second all-time in the UAA history book … earned a conference title with the 4x400-meter relay team, helping UAA to a season-best time of 3:15.03 as the lead-off leg … earned all-conference honors as a member of the third-place 4x100-meter relay team that posted a time of 42.14 at GNACs.

BEFORE UAA: Competed in football and track & field for South Anchorage High School, earning three letters each ...  the 2011 Gatorade  Athlete of the Year in track ... set the Alaska state record in the 300-meter hurdles (38.58) and the 110-meter hurdles (14.64 ) ... the Alaska state champion in 2009 for the 300-meter hurdles and 110-meter hurdles.
