2013: INDOOR – Competed in first indoor season with an appearance at the NCAA Championships in Birmingham, Ala. ... participated in the 5,000 meters at the NCAAs, finishing runner-up with a time of 16:36.27 … helped UAA women’s team to a 11th-place team finish … during regular season, posted a NCAA automatic time of 16:31.87 in the 5,000 meters at the Husky Classic on Feb. 8-9, before posting a NCAA provisional time of 9:50.27 in the 3,000 meters at the University of Washington Open on Feb, 10 … earned All-West Region honors in both the 5K and 3K … took home All-Conference honors in the 5K and 3K, finishing runner-up in both events … helped the Seawolves to a first-place team finish at the league championships … OUTDOOR – Concluded collegiate career at UAA with a trip to the NCAAs at Pueblo, Colo. … competed in the 10,000 meters and the 5,000 meters, finishing third in both events … helped the Seawolves to a program-best seventh-place NCAA team finish … during the regular season, posted three NCAA provisional times; 1500 meters, 5K and 10K … furnished a UAA-record time of 16:20.87 in the 5,000 meters at the Mt. 2012: Made third straight appearance at the NCAA championships in Pueblo, Colo., on May 24-26 … earned second career All-America honor, finishing 7th in the 5,000 meters at 17:57.33, helping UAA to its highest placing ever at the NCAAs – tied for 11th … posted a UAA record in the 5,000 meters at 16:34.28 on April 6 at the Stanford Invitational … at the GNAC championships, collected an individual title in the 10,000 meters with a time of 36:37.97, helping UAA to its first runner-up team finish … also finished runner-up in the 5,000 meters at 17:33.05 and 4th in the 1500 meters (4:37.71) … named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

Named UAA’s 2011 Bill MacKay Athlete of the Year … registered UAA’s first All-America honor on the women’s side since 2008 with an 8th-place showing in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA Div. II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Turlock, Calif., on May 26 … registered a time of 34:30.53 in the 10K for first career All-America accolade and UAA record … competed in the 5,000 meters at the NCAAs, finishing 14th with a time of 17:01.62 … named to the inaugural USTFCCCA Track & Field Div. II All-Region Team … collected GNAC title in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:23.81 … received GNAC Athlete of the Week honors on April 18 for posting NCAA automatic qualifying time in the 10,000 meters at the Mt. SAC Relays at 34:57.14 … posted UAA’s 2nd-best time ever in the 5,000 meters (16:38.24 at the Stanford Invite) and 3rd-best time ever in the 1500 meters (4:34.31 at the GNAC Championships) … earned GNAC All-Academic honors.

2010: Posted NCAA automatic qualifying times in the 5,000 and 10,000, earning first career trip to Nationals … qualified provisionally in the 1500 … recorded an NCAA Championships team-high-tying 11th-place finish in the 5,000 with a time of 16:44.24, plus a 14th-place result in the 10,000, crossing the line at 36:28.34 … at the GNAC Championships, finished 4th in the 1500 (4:34.34) and 5th in the 5,000 (17:31.51) … set UAA records in the 1500 at GNACs and in the 5,000 at NCAAs … produced top-5 times in the GNAC in three events … claimed GNAC All-Academic Team honors.
