2012: 2012: Concluded cross country campaign for the Seawolves as the program’s most decorated runner ever … became the first Seawolf to win a NCAA title in cross country, Nov. 17 at Joplin, Mo., with a time of 28:56.6 … led the Seawolves to a program-best third-place team result at the NCAAs … named 2012 NCAA Div. II Athlete of the Year and USTFCCCA Div. II Scholar Athlete of the Year … collected fourth straight All-America honor … became second Seawolf to win back-to-back individual titles at both the West Region and GNAC Championships … named 2012 West Region Male Runner of the Year as well as the GNAC Male Runner of the Year for the second straight season … finished the season undefeated with six individual wins … helped the Seawolves to a second-place team finish at the West Region and to their third straight GNAC title … collected fourth career all-region and all-conference honors in cross country … helped UAA to a GNAC-record 23 points at the league championships … named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team and to the GNAC All-Academic Team … registered GNAC Runner of the Week honors on Oct. 8 and Sept. 3 for five career weekly honors.

2011: Qualified for third straight NCAA Championships, finishing 15th for All-America honors and helping the Seawolves to an 8th-place team result … led UAA in five of the seven races, posting four victories and two runner-up finishes … became second Seawolf to win both the GNAC and West Region individual titles, helping Seawolves sweep both races for the second straight year … named 2011 West Region Male Runner of the Year as well as GNAC Male Runner of the Year … led UAA at the UAA Invite (Sept. 1) and the Western Classic Invite (Oct. 8), before winning the GNAC (Oct. 22) and West Region individual titles (Nov. 5) … earned second straight selection to GNAC All-Academic Team … named GNAC Athlete of the Week for Oct. 3-9, capturing his third career weekly honor.

2010:
Wrapped up season as UAA’s No. 2 runner, finishing 2nd in four for the seven meets, including a career-high 2nd-place finish at the GNAC Championships in Yakima, Wash., on Nov. 6 … became the second UAA male runner to post two All-America awards with a team-high 21st-place finish at the NCAAs – helping the Seawolves to a program-best 8th-place team finish … finished 6th in the NCAA Div. II West Regional championships, helping UAA to its first-ever team title … earned second career all-conference, all-region, and All-America honors … was named to the GNAC All-Academic Team for the first time of career.

2009: Completed a stellar rookie season with the Seawolves, recording All-America honors with a team-best 40th-place at NCAA Championships on Nov. 21 ... one of three UAA men to land on the All-West Region team, finishing 3rd,  and on the GNAC All-Conference team, finishing 5th ... following the conference championships, received the GNAC’s Freshman of the Year honors ... earned a team-high-tying two GNAC Runner of the Week accolades ... led Seawolves in three races during the season – UAA Invite, Sundodger Invite and at Nationals ... posted a season-best first place at the UAA Invite with a time of 15:18.60 in the 5K race ... produced five top-5 finishes during the regular season ... competed in all six races.
