2006 ALL-AMERICAN (freestyle)

2006 RMISA SECOND TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE


2006: One of the top American collegiate Nordic skiers ? earned first career All-America honor after placing sixth in the 20k freestyle at the 2006 NCAA Championships ? also finished 15th in the 10k classical at Nationals ? posted best season to date, including recording five top-10 finishes ? placed a career-best second in the 15k freestyle at the Montana State Invitational ? competed for Team USA at the 2006 U-23 World Cross Country Championships in Kranj, Slovenia ? best result at World Championships was 52nd in the 15k classical ? earned RMISA Second Team All-Conference accolades ? finished RMISA season tied for third overall in the freestyle and 10th in the classical.

2005: Posted a solid first season at UAA after transferring from Western State College...competed in 11 races, with a season-best result of 12th (non-dual event) in the 20K freestyle at the RMISA/NCAA West Regional...also recorded a 13th-place finish in the freestyle event at the UAA Invitational...top finish in the classical was 17th at the New Mexico Invitational.

BEFORE UAA: Qualified for the NCAA Championships two times while skiing at Western State College in Gunnison, Colo...placed 11th at the Colorado Invitational in 2004...posted a seventh-place finish at the Western State Invite in 2003.
