Alaska Anchorage will host its final weekend series of home hockey in the 2018 calendar year when it hosts Bowling Green Nov. 9-10. 
Bowling Green enters the series ranked No. 10 in both the USCHO and USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine polls. Alaska Anchorage is not ranked.  
Bowling Green leads the all-time series against Alaska Anchorage 13-3-2, and 6-3-1 in games played at Sullivan Arena. The last UAA win in the series came on Halloween in 2015. The two teams skated to a 3-3 tie on Nov. 25, 2016.  
First Goal
Sophomore Zach Masson scored his first career goal in Saturday’s 3-1 loss to Bemidji State. The Newmarket, Ontario, native has scored one goal and two assists in 30 career games at UAA. 
Spread Offense
Alaska Anchorage has scored nine goals this season by nine different players.
Third Period
The third period has been the most favorable to the Seawolves both offensively and defensively this season. UAA has scored 5 of its 9 goals in the third while giving up 7 of 25 goals this season in the final 20 minutes. 
End of the First
Alaska Anchorage is 1-1-0 this season when it is tied at the end of the first period.

Head coach Matt Curley will be giving a Chalk Talk prior to Friday’s game against Bowling Green at 6:05 pm in the northeast lounge of Sullivan Arena. 
Last Time Out
Bemidji State swept last weekend’s series over Alaska Anchorage at Sullivan Arena 2-0 and 3-1.
