2010: Completed cross country career as one of the most prolific UAA runners to date … became the first male runner to claim three GNAC individual titles and the first Seawolf to win two West Region title … earned second career West Region and GNAC Male Athlete of the Year honors for cross country … named to the GNAC All-Academic Team for first time of career … finished senior season with six individual titles and was unbeaten until the NCAAs … posted 11 career wins, the second-most in GNAC history among male athletes … recorded a 25th-place showing at the national meet on Dec. 4 in Louisville, Ky., earning second career All-America honor … claimed a league-high three GNAC Runner of the Week accolades … helped the Seawolves to their fifth conference title and first-ever West Region title, while helping UAA post a program-best 8th-place finish at the NCAAs.

Dominated his first season as a Seawolf, finishing as UAA’s top runner in all six meets ... recorded two first-place finishes — UAA Invite and GNAC Championships ... had three second place finishes – Sundodger Invite (Div. I field), UCSD Triton Classic and the West Regional ... competed at the National meet in Slippery Rock, Pa., posting UAA’s all-time best finish (9th), earning All-American status ... finished NCAA race in 31 minutes, 32 seconds ... was honored with the GNAC Cross Country Male Athlete of the Year award.
