Piccard is in his 24th year working at the WFSC where he is responsible for community rentals, pool and rink management, and student recreation programs. 

A 1980 graduate of East Anchorage High School and an Anchorage resident since 1976.  Piccard has a BS degree in Recreation Management from Arizona State University, class of 1984. 

His wife and him have one son (David) and one daughter (Angela).
