Head athletic trainer Chris Volk enters her 19th season with the UAA Athletic Department in 2012-13.
Volk cares for the treatment and prevention of injuries to Seawolf student-athletes, and manages the overall operation of the department’s Sport Medicine office.
A 1979 graduate of the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in biology, Volk also earned a master’s degree in biology from UD in 1986. She is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.
She and her husband Rick are the parents of three children — Megan, Cody and Casey.
