2013: INDOOR – Concluded collegiate career with appearance in UAA’s first indoor season … registered a time of 10:15.56 in the 3,000 meters at the University of Washington Open on Feb. 10 … named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2012: Collected a career-best time of 36:44.96 in the 10,000 meters at the GNAC championships, ranking fourth all-time in the UAA record book … named All-Region in the 5,000 meters with a NCAA provisionally qualifying time of 16:51.04 at the Occidental Invite (May 5)   … posted season-best times of 4:37.44 in the 1500 meters at the Willamette Invite (March 3) … named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2011:
Qualified for the 2011 NCAA Div. II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Turlock, Calif., May 26-28, in the 1500 meters and 5,000 meters … posted a school-record time of 4:30.36 in the prelims on the 1500 meters, before finishing 12th in the finals with a time of 4:38.81 … finished 16th in the 5,000 meters (17:10.97) … at the GNAC Championships on May 13-14, earned all-conference honors with a runner-up finish in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:29.78 … named to the inaugural USTFCCCA Track & Field Div. II All-Region Team … collected GNAC Athlete of the Week honors on March 28 after posting a NCAA automatic time and UAA record in the 5,000 meters (16:36.66) at the Stanford Invite … earned GNAC All-Academic honors for second time of career.

2010: One of five Seawolf women to qualify for the NCAA Championships … qualified automatically in the 5,000 and provisionally in the 1500 … finished 13th in both the 1500 (4:36.81) and in the 5,000 (16:57.76) … registered season-best times of 4:34.37 in the 1500 at the GNAC Championships and 16:48.01 in the 5,000 at the Stanford Invite … posted a 5th-place finish at the GNACs in the 1500 and 4th in the 5,000 … ranked 2nd on the all-time UAA list in the 1500 and 5,000 …  recorded a season-best time of 2:25.16 in the 800 at the UNLV Invite … garnered GNAC All-Academic Team honors.

2009: Suited up for UAA in the distance events ... posted a season-best time of 2:33.63 in the 800 at the UNLV Classic ... registered a season-best time of 4:46.78 in the 1500 at the Pacific Twilight meet and a time of 18:12.33 at the Willamette Invite.
