ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – The Anchorage Mayor's Marathon and Half-Marathon presented by ConocoPhillips Alaska is still accepting registrations for the event which will take place on June 22.
The event has over 2,000 registrants and offers multiple options from a full and half-marathon to a 5K and Kids Mile. There are also relay options for the full and half-marathon events.
The race has runners from 15 countries and 48 states. We still need someone from Maine and Wyoming!
The Healthy Futures Kids Mile is a free event on June 20 at 7 p.m. Kids will have the option of a half-mile or full-mile course and will receive a race bib, a finisher's pin and a free T-shirt courtesy of ConocoPhillips Alaska. The event is free, but registration is preferred at mayorsmarathon.com.
The 5K, full and half-marathons each take place on the morning of June 22 with a common finish at the Delaney Park Strip in beautiful downtown Anchorage.
