Alaska Anchorage will host Lake Superior State in a pair of WCHA games this weekend. Both teams played on Monday. UAA fell 4-0 at UNO and LSSU defeated MTU 6-3 to win the Great Lakes Invitational.
Lake Superior State leads the all-time series with Alaska Anchorage 11-5-0 and 5-3-0 in games played at Sullivan Arena. The Seawolves are 4-5-1 in their last 10 games against the Lakers. 
Back Home
The series this weekend will be the first home series for Alaska Anchorage since it hosted Bowling Green on Nov. 9-10, a span of 54 days. The Seawolves will play 10 of its remaining 16 games this season at Sullivan Arena.
Century Mark
Senior Jeremiah Luedtke has played in 98 games for UAA and could appear in his 100th game this weekend against LSSU. The Lynnwood, Wash., native leads the team in both career points (35) and assists (24). 
First Action
Freshman Jared Nash saw his first action of the season at UNO. The forward from Stratford, Ont., did not record a point but did play in both games of the series. 
Only League Play
UAA will play only league games for the rest of the season after playing its final non-conference series of the season at UNO. The Seawolves went 1-5-0 in its six non-conference games this season, all of which were against NCHA schools. 
All three goalies saw action in the team’s last series at UNO. Brody Claeys made 30 saves in Saturday’s 3-0 loss. Kris Carlson made 31 saves across the first two periods on Monday, with Kristian Stead making 14 saves in the third.

Sophomore Brody Claeys ranks second in the WCHA in save percentage at .938 and fourth in goals against average at 1.75.

Nebraska Omaha swept a rare Saturday and Monday series against Alaska Anchorage 3-0, 4-0.
