ANCHORAGE, ALASKA – The University of Alaska Anchorage men's basketball team had four players score 20 or more points in a 127-90 win over the Alumni Team Wednesday.
Tyler Brimhall led all players with 25 points, including a game-high seven 3-pointers. Tobin Karlberg added 21 points for UAA and Niko Bevens and Matt Seymour each poured in 20 points.
Corey Hammell (2015-17) and Lonnie Ridgeway (2007-12) led the Alumni with 17 points.
UAA enjoyed a 61-31 lead at halftime and out-scored the Aluimni 66-59 over the final 20 minutes.
UAA shot 67-percent (47-70) from the field, including 63-percent (26-41) from deep. The Alumni shot 43-percent (30-69) from the field and 40-percent (13-32) from behind the arc.
UAA will host Western Oregon Jan. 3.
