2017: INDOOR - Competed in the mile and 3,000 at the GNAC Championships ... ran a season-best of 5:20.43 in the mile, the 10th best in school history, and 10:33.94 in the 3,000. OUTDOOR - Finished eighth in the 3,00 meter steeplechase (11:34.86) and 11th in the 1,500 (4:48.90) at the GNAC Championships ... ran a season-best of 4:45.53 in the 1,500 and 11:10.52 in the 3,000 steeplechase, the ninth best in school history.

BEFORE UAA: Competed in track & field, cross country, Nordic skiing and marching band while attending Colony High School, earning seven total letters ... owns PRs of 2:23.796 (800 meters), 5:24.90 (1600 meters) and 12:42.0 (3200 meters) for track & field ... member of first-place 4x800 meter relay team at state championships in 2016 and runner-up team in 2015 ... placed fourth in 800 meters at 2015 state meet as a junior ... helped team to 2016 Region III title ... finished 18th at 2015 ASAA 4A State Cross Country Championships with a 5K time of 20:16 ... recorded a personal-best time of 20:04 at Tsalteshi Invitational earlier during senior season ... finished 15th at the 2016 Nordic skiing state meet.
