ANCHORAGE – Alaska Anchorage junior Lukas Ebner earned Capital One Academic All-District Men's At-Large honors for College Sports Information Directors of America's (CoSIDA) District VIII, announced on Friday.

As an all-district honoree, Ebner will now advance to the national ballot for a chance at Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-America accolade.

A local of Furtwangen, Germany, Ebner posted seven top-five finishes, including capturing the Seawolves' only individual win of the season when he raced to victory in the freestyle at Denver. Ebner earned his first career All-America honor in March with a ninth-place showing in the classical race, helping UAA to a seventh-place finish at the NCAAs.

The team's Most Inspirational award winner, Ebner holds a 3.72 GPA in marketing and finance.
