2012 ALL-CONFERENCE

2012: Concluded rookie season with first career all-conference honors after finishing 17th at the GNAC Championships on Oct. 20 with a 6K time of 21:55.20 … helped the Seawolves to fourth straight GNAC title … competed in five races for the Seawolves, including a season-high seventh-place showing at the Hawaii Big Wave Invite on Sept. 8 … finished 25th at the West Region Championships, helping UAA to a runner-up team finish.

BEFORE UAA: Attended University of Colorado in the fall of 2011 … competed in cross country running and track & field at Kodiak High … the 2010 state champion in cross country and the 2011 state champion in the 1600 meters … finished runner-up at state in the 3,200 in 2011 and in the 1,600 in 2010 … won the 1,600 and 3,200 at the 2011 Region III Championships … holds the 800 and 5,000 school records at KHS  … finished eighth in the 5,000 meters at Junior Nationals in 2011 … posted personal bests of 2:20 in the 800, 5:04 in the 1600, 10:56 in the 3,200 and 17:24 in the 5,000.
