2013: INDOOR – Qualified for the NCAA Championships in Birmingham, Ala., in the 5,000 meters and 3,000 meters … earned All-America honors in both events, finishing third in the 5K and eighth in the 3K … helped the Seawolves lead the GNAC and finish 11th with 23 points … posted three NCAA provisionally qualifying times and one NCAA automatic time in the 5,000 meters throughout the season … collected three All-West Region and All-Conference honors … furnished two GNAC crowns – 3,000 and 5,000 meters – helping UAA to its first ever league championship title … posted season-best times of 4:58.17 in the one mile, 9:38.71 in the 3,000 meters and 16:29.48 in the 5,000 meters – all team highs …named GNAC Athlete of the Week on Jan. 28 … helped UAA women’s team to GNAC Team of the Week following the league meet victory … OUTDOOR – Captured two All-America honors – 5,000 meters and 3,000-meter steeplechase – at the NCAA Championships in Pueblo, Colo. … finished runner-up in the steeplechase and fourth in the 5,000 meters … helped team to a program-best seventh-place finish … earned All-West Region honors in the steeplechase, 5K and 10K … at the GNAC Championships, won the steeplechase, helping UAA to a first-place team finish … posted career-best times of 4:28.78 in the 1500 meters, 34:19.08 in the 10K and 10:13.40 in the steeplechase … both 10K and steeplechase were UAA-record times, while the steeplechase set the GNAC record … named USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Year on May 13 … named GNAC Athlete of the Week on April 22.
2012: Qualified for first NCAAs, becoming the first Seawolf woman to post two All-America honors in the same season ... owns UAA's highest finish ever for a woman at the NCAAs after taking second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:28.26, just five seconds behind the winner … also finished 8th at the NCAAs in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:00.06 helping UAA to its best-ever finish at the NCAAs – tied for 11th … received All-Region honors in the 1500m, 5,000 meters and steeplechase … broke the GNAC record in the steeplechase with a time of 10:15.47 on April 6 at the Stanford Invite … named GNAC’s Track & Field Female Athlete and Newcomer of the Year … at the GNACs, won the 5,000 meter title with a time of 17:31.67 and won the steeplechase title with a time of 10:24.44 … also finished runner-up at the GNACs in the 1500 meters at 4:32.83 for three all-conference honors … named GNAC Athlete of the Week on April 16.
