2014: Earned All-West Region and GNAC All-Conference honors for fourth time … concluded collegiate career with 60th-place finish in his fourth straight NCAA appearance with time of 31:52.3 over 9,560 meters, helping UAA to 6th-place men’s team finish … placed 11th at West Region Championships, helping team to 2nd place … started season with five top-4 finishes in five straight team victories … member of GNAC All-Academic team … named GNAC Runner of the Week for Oct. 6.

2013: Made third straight NCAA appearance, earning second-career All-America honor by placing 25th at Nationals with a 10K-time of 31:02.6, helping the men’s team to a seventh-place finish with 256 points … earned All-West Region honors after placing ninth with a 10K-time of 32:15, helping UAA to a runner-up result … placed third at the GNAC Championships for All-Conference honors, while helping the Seawolves to the team title … led the Seawolves in four races, including three straight wins to start the season – BYU-Hawaii Invite, Chaminade Invite and Willamette Invite … named GNAC Athlete of the Week on Oct. 7.

2012: Made second straight appearance at NCAAs with a 23rd-place finish at 30:09.4 in the 10K, good for first collegiate All-America honor … helped UAA to a program-best third-place team finish at Nationals on Nov. 17 in Joplin, Mo. … earned second All-West Region honor with a 13th-place showing with a time of 32:50.10, helping the Seawolves to a second-place team result … contributed to UAA’s sweep of the GNAC Championships with a fifth-place finish at 25:12.49 for second career all-conference accolade … helped UAA to a GNAC-record 23 points at the league championships … finished runner-up at both the Hawaii Pacific Invite (Sept. 1) and at the University of Hawaii Invite (Sept. 8) at the start of the season … one of eight Seawolves named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2011: Produced a stellar rookie campaign for the Seawolves with six top-15 finishes … was UAA’s fourth man across the line at the GNAC Championships on Oct. 22, finishing the 8K course in a time of 25.32, good for 7th place and all-conference honors … named GNAC’s Male Freshman of the Year … earned All-West Region honors on Nov. 5 by placing 13th at the West Region Championships with a time of 31:36, helping the Seawolves to their second straight team title … made NCAA debut on Nov. 19 with an 81st-place showing, finishing the 10K course in a time of 33:06.9 … started the season with three 4th-place finishes – at the UAA Invite (Sept. 9), Hawaii Pacific Invite (Sept. 3) and Big Wave Invite (Sept. 10) – before finishing 9th at the Western Washington Invite on Oct. 8.

BEFORE UAA: Redshirted for Chico State in fall of 2010 ... 2009 Alaska State Cross Country champion (15:43) ... runner-up finishes in the 1600m (4:20) and 3200m (9:22) at the 2010 Alaska State Track and Field Championships ... 3rd at Alaska State Cross Country Championships in 2008 (16:08) ... 6th in 1600m (4:29) and 3rd in the 3200m (9:33) at the 2009 Alaska State Track and Field Champions.
