2013: Led the Seawolves in four races during final season at UAA, while making third straight NCAA appearance … helped the Seawolves to a program-best fourth-place team finish by finishing 16th for All-America honors … named West Region Runner of the Year by USTFCCCA … helped the Seawolves to the team titles at the NCAA West Regional Championships and at the GNAC Championships by finishing first at both meets for All-West Region and All-Conference honors … named GNAC Runner of the Year … claimed wins at the BYU-Hawaii Invite on Aug. 31 and at the Chaminade Invite on Sept. 7 … finished third at the mostly Div. I Willamette Invite on Oct. 5.

2012: Led the Seawolves in all six races, winning five … became UAA’s highest placing woman at the NCAAs with a runner-up showing … crossed in a time of 20:12.6 at Nationals to lead UAA to a sixth-place team result on Nov. 17 in Joplin, Mo. … earned first All-America honor in cross country … named West Region Female Runner of the Year after winning the West Region individual title on Nov. 3 … led UAA to a runner-up team finish at the West Region meet … collected second career All-West Region honor … took home the individual title of the GNAC Championships with a time of 20:37.29, good for GNAC Female Runner of the Year honors and first all-conference accolade … led UAA to a GNAC-record 16 points at the league championships … became second Seawolf woman ever to win the individual titles for both GNAC and West Region and just second Seawolf to win either a GNAC or West Region title … named GNAC Runner of the Week on Oct. 8 and Sept. 10 for first weekly honors of career.

2011:
Finished first season with the Seawolves with two runner-up results and five top-15 finishes … recorded 2nd-place showings at the Hawaii Pacific Invite (Sept. 3) and at the Hawaii Big Wave Invite (Sept. 10) … earned all-region honors for finishing 15th at the NCAA Div. II West Region Championships on Nov. 5 in Spokane, Wash., as UAA took the team title … made NCAA debut on Nov. 19, finishing 98th in a time of 23:37.1 in the 6K race, also helping UAA to a No. 6 finish in the team standings.

BEFORE UAA:
Attended Dallas Baptist last spring, competing in the distance events for track & field.
