2010 GNAC CHAMPION (400 meters, 4x400-meter relay)

2010: Started college career with a GNAC record and NCAA provisional qualifying time at the season opener in the 400 meters (47.97) on March 6 … one weekend later, improved upon the record with a time of 47.62 at the Northridge Invite … went on to win the 400 meters at the GNAC Championships with a time of 47.97 … claimed second all-conference honor as the lead-off leg of the winning 4x400-meter relay team at GNACs … registered a UAA record of 3:14.98 with the 4x400-meter relay team at the Occidental Invite on May 8 … posted a season-best time of 22.67 in the 200 meters at the GNAC Championships, good for 11th place.

BEFORE UAA: Competed for Chugiak High School, earning four letters in track and three letters in both football and basketball … the state record holder in the 400 meters with a time of 47.78 seconds … in addition to winning the 400 at the state meet in 2009, also took home the 200-meter title with a time of 22.66 … received MVP honors during senior season.
