2011: Finished cross country collegiate career as the most decorated female runner in UAA history … collected a program-high six individual titles, finishing the regular season undefeated … collected UAA’s first individual titles in the women’s races at the GNAC and West Region championships … earned fourth straight All-Conference award and third straight All-Region and All-America honors … led the Seawolves to their third straight GNAC and West Region championship team titles … competed at fourth NCAA Championships, finishing 9th in the 6K race on Nov. 19 with a time of 21:35 … also won the UAA Invite (Sept. 1), Hawaii Pacific Invite (Sept. 3), Hawaii Big Wave Invite (Sept. 10) and the Western Classic Invite (Oct. 8) … furnished third straight GNAC All-Academic Team honors … named GNAC Athlete of the Week on two occasions – Sept. 5-11, Oct. 3-9.

Named UAA's 2011 Bill MacKay Athlete of the Year ... didin’t finish below 7th-place all season, including six top-3 finishes … led the Seawolves in three races, including at the NCAA Championships with a program-best 7th-place finish in the 6K race in Louisville, Ky. … recorded NCAA time of 21:20.8 for second career All-America honor … led the Seawolves to their second straight West Region title with a 2nd-place finish on Nov. 20 – earning All-Region honors … helped UAA to its second GNAC title in two years with a 3rd-place result on Nov. 6 in Yakima, Wash., for third career All-Conference honor … one of four Seawolves named to the GNAC All-Academic Team – second of career … claimed a GNAC Runner of the Week accolade on Sept. 13 after winning the BYU-Hawaii Invite on Sept. 11 … also won the Hawaii Pacific Invite on Sept. 4.

2009: Led the Seawolves in three races as a sophomore ... registered five top-5 finishes throughout the season ... recorded a victory at the UAA Invite, completing the 5K course in a time of 18:22.80 ... helped the Seawolves to a program-best 5th-place finish at the NCAA Championships on Nov. 21 ... finished the 6K in a time of 21:58.2 for 39th place at NCAAs, earning first All-America honor ... helped UAA to its first-ever West Region and GNAC Championship titles, placing 4th and 5th, respectively, for All-West Region and All-Conference honors ... received a team-high-tying two GNAC Runner of the Week accolades during the season ... one of seven Seawolves named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2008: Joined the Seawolves at the NCAAs with a 74th-place finish in a time of 23:24 ... posted a season-high 10th place at the GNAC Championships, crossing the line at 23:03 to earn All-GNAC honors.
