2013 ALL-CONFERENCE

2013: INDOOR – Produced season-bests times of 8:26.15 in the 3,000 meters at the University of Washington Open and 15:05.94 in the 5,000 meters at the Husky Classic … earned All-Conference honors in both distance events, helping UAA to a runner-up team finish in its indoor debut … OUTDOOR – wrapped up collegiate career with career-bests times in the 1500 meters at 4:07.41 and in the 10,000 meters at 31:41.63.
2012: Furnished a career-best time of 31:27.86 in the 10,000 meters at the Occidental Distance Carnival, March 16.

2011: Set a career-best and UAA’s third-fastest time in the 5,000 meters at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival at 14:57.75 on March 25 … recorded a season-best time of 4:11.68 at the season-opener in Las Vegas in the 1500 meters on March 4 … ranked 8th in the 5K on the all-time UAA list and on GNAC season list.

2010: Redshirted.

BEFORE UAA: Top Alaskan finisher at the 2007 Footlocker West Cross Country Championships, placing 26th ... ran to a 3rd-place finish in the 4A boys 5K race at the 2008 Alaska State Cross Country Championships with a time of 16:35.33 ... helped lead Palmer High to a fourth-place team finish at state meet ... placed state runner-up as a sophomore (2005) ... won the 2005 Footlocker West sophomore race ... registered an 11th-place result at state meet freshman season (2004) ... won the 2008 state title in the boys 4A 3200 meters, recording a meet-record time of 9:11.27 ... placed state runner-up in the 1600 ... helped power Palmer to a second-place team result ... placed second in both the 1600 and 3200 at 2008 Region III Championships.
