2012: Wrapped up collegiate career in cross country with fourth appearance at the NCAA Championships, finishing 72nd and helping the Seawolves to a program-best third-place team showing … earned fourth All-West Region honor with a 12th-place showing on Nov. 3, helping UAA to a runner-up team finish … collected third all-conference accolade with a sixth-place finish at the GNAC Championships, helping the Seawolves to their third straight title … helped UAA to a GNAC-record 23 points at the league championships … finished fifth at the Hawaii Big Wave Invite (Sept. 8) and seventh at the Hawaii Pacific Invite (Sept. 1).

2011
: Completed junior year with three top-10 finishes and picked up points in four of the seven races for the Seawolves … UAA’s third man across the line at the NCAA Championships, finishing 78th with a time of 33:04 in the 10K race in Spokane, Wash., helping the team to an 8th-place result … finished 18th at the GNAC Championships and 20th at the West Region Championships, helping the Seawolves to their second straight sweep of both meets and earning himself all-region honors.

2010: Returned for sophomore season in 2010, posting five top-10 finishes throughout the season … recorded a season-high third-place result at the Hawaii Pacific Invite on Sept. 4, finishing the 5K course with a time of 14:44 … earned All-Conference and All-Region honors, finishing seventh in both races and helping UAA to its fifth GNAC title and its first-ever West Region title … made second NCAA appearance, finishing 43rd and helping the Seawolves to a program-best 8th-place team finish on Dec. 4 in Louisville, Ky. … was UAA’s third runner across the line in six of the seven races.

2009: Did not compete.

2008:
Was the Seawolves’ second-best runner in four of six meets as a true freshman ... registered a 17th-place finish (31:43) at Nationals with All-American status —  UAA’s second-best all-time finish at the NCAAs ... posted four top-10 finishes throughout the season ... notched season-high second place at the GNAC Championships in a time of 25:07 ... helped UAA to a 2nd-place performance y finishing the 10K in a time of 32:54.2 ... at the season opening UAA Invite, tallied his second-best finish (2nd, 24:01).

Top Alaskan finisher at the 2007 Footlocker West Cross Country Championships, placing 26th ... ran to a 3rd-place finish in the 4A boys 5K race at the 2008 Alaska State Cross Country Championships with a time of 16:35.33 ... helped lead Palmer High to a 4th-place team finish at state meet ... placed state runner-up as a sophomore (2005) ... won the 2005 Footlocker West sophomore race ... registered an 11th-place result at state meet freshman season (2004) ... won the 2008 state title in the boys 4A 3200 meters, recording a meet-record time of 9:11.27 ... placed state runner-up in the 1600 ... helped power Palmer to a 2nd-place team result ... placed second in both the 1600 and 3200 at 2008 Region III Championships
