2011: Produced a stellar senior season, scoring for the Seawolves in six of the seven races … helped UAA to undefeated regular season with five top-15 results … earned All-West Region honors for finishing 7th in the 6K race in 21:45, helping the Seawolves to their third straight team title … helped UAA win the GNAC Championships with a 12th-place showing in the 6K race at 23:01 … was Seawolves’ fourth woman across the line at both the West Regional and NCAAs … competed at the NCAAs for fourth straight year, posting a career-high 41st-place finish as UAA placed 6th as a team … produced a season-high 5th place at the UAA Invite (Sept. 3) with a time of 19:01.3 in the 5K race … made the GNAC All-Academic Team for the second time.

Wrapped up junior season as UAA’s third runner in six of the seven meets … recorded five top-10 finishes throughout the season, including a season-high-tying 4th-place finish in three meets ... earned all-conference honors after finishing 5th at the GNAC Championships, helping UAA to its second straight title … posted a career-best fourth-place finish at the West Regional, helping the Seawolves to their second straight title … competed at the NCAA Championships for the third consecutive year, placing 50th with a 6K time of 22:33.7, helping UAA to 6th-place team showing.

2009: Finished sophomore year with All-West Region and All-Conference honors ...  finished 53rd at the NCAAs, helping UAA to a program-best 5th-place team finish ... primarily UAA’s fourth woman for most of the season, though was the second Seawolf to cross the finish line at the GNAC Championships (4th), helping UAA to its first-ever conference title ... also helped UAA to its first-ever West Region title with a 14th-place finish in a time of 21:45.7 ... posted four top-10 finishes, including a season-high-tying fourth at UAA Invite and at GNACs ... one of seven Seawolves named to the GNAC All-Academic Team.

2008: Traveled to Slippery Rock, Pa., for the NCAA Championships with the Seawolves ... finished Nationals in 123rd place after being clocked at 24:06 ... posted a season-high 13th place (20:25) at the UAA Invite in early September ... finished the GNAC Championships in 33rd place with a time of 24:21.

BEFORE UAA: Competed for East Anchorage High School ... produced four straight top-5 results at Alaska State 4A Cross Country Championships ... placed state runner-up in 2005 and 2006 ... finished 4th at state in 2004 and 2007 ... won four straight Cook Inlet Conference titles in the 3200 meters (first girl in state’s history to accomplish that feat) ... placed 6th in both the 1600 and 3200 at 2008 Alaska State 4A Track & Field Championships ... placed 3rd at 2008 CIC Championships in the 1600 ... finished 7th in the 1600 and 10th in the 3200 at state in 2006.
