ANCHORAGE ? The University of Alaska Anchorage Athletic Department announced Monday that Eastern Washington will join the field for the 2007 Carrs/Safeway Great Alaska Shootout, completing the men's lineup for the 30th annual college basketball event. The Eagles replace Liberty eight-team men's bracket.

The rest of the men's field consists of host Alaska Anchorage, Butler, Gonzaga, Michigan, Texas Tech, Virginia Tech, and Western Kentucky. The four-team women's field is defending champ UAA, along with Bradley, Cleveland State, and Santa Clara.

Women's games are scheduled for Nov. 20 and 21, while men's play takes place Nov. 21-24 at Anchorage's Sullivan Arena. Complete brackets will be announced in the near future.
