2016: Competed in four races in first Seawolf campaign … named GNAC Freshman of the Year after helping UAA to team title at GNAC Championships, finishing in 21st-position with 6K time of 22:55.0 … contributed to team's victory at Western Washington Invite, Oct. 8, crossing line in 67th place (23:52.5, 6K) … participated in UW Sundodger Invite in Seattle, Sept. 17, covering 6 kilometers in 23:08.5 … began collegiate career at NDNU Argo Invite at Belmont, Calif. (21:47.1, 5K) on Sept. 3.    

BEFORE UAA: Competed in cross country, track & field, Nordic skiing and marching band while attending Colony High School, earning seven total letters ... finished 18th at 2015 ASAA 4A State Cross Country Championships with a 5K time of 20:16 ... recorded a personal-best time of 20:04 at Tsalteshi Invitational earlier during senior season ... owns PRs of 2:23.796 (800 meters), 5:24.90 (1600 meters) and 12:42.0 (3200 meters) for track & field ... member of first-place 4x800 meter relay team at state championships in 2016 and runner-up team in 2015 ... placed fourth in 800 meters at 2015 state meet as a junior ... helped team to 2016 Region III title ... finished 15th at the 2016 Nordic skiing state meet.
