2016: INDOOR – Qualified for NCAAs as member of 4x400-meter relay, taking 12th at 3:14.99 … member of 4x400-meter relay that set GNAC record of 3:12.45 at Husky Classic, Feb. 12 – ranked sixth best in Nation … named All-West Region twice – 4x400mR and 400 meters ... member of GNAC 4x400-meter relay that won GNAC title at 3:16.76 … also received GNAC All-Conference honors in 400 meters, taking second with season-best time of 48.44 … posted season-best time of 22.44 in 200 meters at league championships. OUTDOOR – Qualified for NCAAs as member of 4x400-meter relay … team finished ninth, earning Second Team All-America honors … member of 4x400mR that set UAA record and NCAA provisionally qualifying time of 3:10.60 at Bryan Clay Invite – ranked 12th in the NCAA … named All-West Region for 4x400mR … posted career bests of 11.04 in 100 meters (9th all-time for UAA), 22.09 in 200 meters (5th) and 48.05 in 400 meters (4th) … named to GNAC All-Academic Team and USTFCCCA Academic All-American Team.


2015: INDOOR – Named All-West Region as member of 4x400-meter relay team, which finished second at GNAC Championships, Feb. 20 with time of 3:16.60, helping UAA to its first ever league title … also member of second-place distance medley relay team at GNACs … competed in sprinting events during collegiate debut, posting season bests 22.89 in 200 meters and 50.28 in 400 meters – both at UW Indoor Open. OUTDOOR – Named All-West Region as member of 4x400-meter relay team that posted season-best time of 3:13.92 at GNAC Championships, good for second place … helped Seawolves to second-place team result at league meet, finishing sixth in 400 meters at 49.04 … posted season-best 400-meter time of 48.90 in GNAC prelims … registered season-best times of 22.39 in 200 meters at UNLV Track Classic and 1:57.23 in 800 meters at San Francisco State Distance Carnival and a season-best long jump of 18-9.25 at Willamette Invite.

BEFORE UAA: Attended Cowichan Secondary HS in Duncan, B.C., competing in track & field and soccer … earned four varsity letters in each sport … outside of high school, competed for Team BC and participated at 2013 Canadian Nationals, finishing fourth in triple jump.
