2017: Became first Seawolf to win an NCAA cross country title, Nov. 18 in Evansville, Ind., covering six kilometers in 20 minutes, 32.3 seconds … used 20-second victory to become a three-time All-American in cross country, leading UAA to its third top-five team finish at nationals (5th of 32 teams) … was named National Athlete of the Year and three-time U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association National Athlete of the Week (Sept. 5, Oct. 9, Oct. 23) … awarded the Div. II Female Scholar Athlete of the Year by the USTFCCCA and was the DII Honda Athlete of the Year nominee for Cross Country ... earned West Region Athlete of the Year status following nearly 40-second win (20:26.1) at NCAA West Region Championships in Monmouth, Ore. … made fourth All-West Region squad, powering Alaska Anchorage to its 10th consecutive NCAA appearance with its second-place team performance … was named GNAC Runner of the Year and defended GNAC individual title with convincing 46-second victory … led UAA to its third consecutive and eighth overall league crown on Oct. 21 … made All-GNAC Team for third time and was named GNAC Runner of the Week twice (Aug. 28-Sept. 3; Oct. 2-8) … won Div. 2015: Won first two races of season and was UAA's highest scorer on three occasions, including 6th-place All-American performance at NCAA Championships … covered 6K course in 20:14.40, vaulting UAA to 8th-place national finish on Nov. 21 … named All-West Region following 2nd-place finish at West Region Championships, crossing 6K finish line in 20:59.57 … helped UAA to its sixth GNAC Championship with runner-up performance, completing 6K in 21:08.8 … garnered GNAC All-Conference and earned GNAC All-Academic honors … took home victories in both 5K races to begin season in Hawaii, running 17:46.87 at Hawaii Big Wave Invite (Sept. 5) and 18:15.9 at Hawaii Pacific Invite (Sept. 12).

2014: Competed in all seven races … raced in first NCAA Championships on December 6 with 46th-place performance, finishing as second Seawolf across line … concluded the 5,780-meter NCAA course in 22:12.0, helping women's team earn 8th place … wrapped up first West Regional Championships meet with 6K time of 22:08.2 in 23rd place, Nov. 22 … earned All-West Region honors, helping UAA to 3rd-place team performance … propelled team to runner-up finish at GNAC Championships with 11th-place 6K finish of 21:04.6 … earned GNAC Freshman of the Year and GNAC All-Conference honors … aided team to two victories to start season at Hawaii-Hilo Invite (Aug. 30) and Hawaii Big Wave Invite (Sept. 6) … finished 5K courses in 20:34 (18th place) and in 20:01.5 (11th place), respectively, in Hawaii.
