2017: INDOOR – Earned All-America honors as anchor leg of 4x400 relay squad that finished 8th in school-record 3:13.69 at NCAA Championships … earned pair of all-conference awards and helped Seawolves defend GNAC Championships title as anchor leg of winning 4x4 relay (3:14.10) and runner-up in 400 meters in 48.35 … tied school record and 5th-best 400-meter time in league history at 48.31 in 400-meter prelims at GNACs … helped Seawolves to three of top nine 4x400 times in GNAC history (2nd, 3:13.69; 3rd, 3:13.75; 9th, 3:16.74) … ran second leg of UAA distance medley relay squad that finished in school-record 9:55.86 – 9th best in GNAC history – at Husky Classic … earned All-West Region honors for third straight year. OUTDOOR – Captured All-America honors as anchor leg of Seawolf 4x400 relay that finished 4th place at NCAA Championships in 3:10.86 … helped 4x4 squad to second-best time in program and GNAC history with 3:10.65 mark in NCAA prelims … scored in three races at GNAC Championships to help UAA to team crown by just two points, winning title in 4x4 relay (3:17.21), placing 4th in open 400 (48.70) and placing 5th in 4x100 relay (42.06) … named All-West Region in 4x4 … made GNAC All-Academic Team and USTFCCCA Scholastic All-America squads.

INDOOR – Qualified for NCAAs as member of UAA’s 4x400-meter relay team, finishing 12th in finals at 3:14.99 … earned All-West Region honors for same event and member of 4x400-meter relay that won GNAC title, receiving GNAC All-Conference honors and helping Seawolves to team title … also competed in 200 meters with season-best time of 23.10 and 400 meters with season-best time of 49.30. OUTDOOR – Earned Second Team All-American honors as member of 4x400-meter relay, finishing ninth in prelims at 3:11.19 … named All-West Region as part of relay … participated in 200 meters, furnishing career-best time of 22.42 at San Francisco State Distance Carnival … posted time of 48.64 in 400 meters at GNAC Championships.

2015: INDOOR – Named All-West Region as member of 4x400-meter relay team, which finished second at GNAC Championships, Feb. 20 with time of 3:16.60, helping UAA to its first ever league title … helped UAA to its first GNAC title with all-conference performance in 400 meters, finishing runner-up … posted career-best time of 22.53 in 200 meters … furnished a season-best time of 49.28 in 400 meters. OUTDOOR –Capped season with runner-up finish in 400 meters at GNAC Championships with career-best time of 47.75, good for second all-time in UAA record book and All-Conference honors … helped Seawolves to second-place team result … also finished runner-up as member of 4x400-meter relay that posted time of 3:13.92 at league meet … named All-West Region in 400 meters and 4x400-meter relay … furnished season bests of 22.57 in 200 meters and 2:01.10 in 800 meters.

2014: INDOOR – Earned pair of All-GNAC honors, running second leg on winning 4x400-meter relay (3:16.09) team and finishing runner-up in 400 meters in 48.84 seconds … named All-West Region in 400, 4x400 relay and distance medley relay … ran second leg of DMR crew that recorded UAA season-best time of 10:04.67 at SPU Qualifier. OUTDOOR – Finished 4th in 400 meters and ran second leg on runner-up 4x400-meter relay squad at GNAC Championships, helping Seawolves to second-place team showing … part of 4x400 team that broke GNAC record in 3:12.22 on Apr. 18 at Bryan Clay Invitational … ran to season-best times of 22.33 in 200 meters at UNLV and 48.34 in 400 at S.F. State Distance Carnival … took home All-West Region honors in 4x400.

BEFORE UAA: Participated in track & field for Highland Secondary in Comox, B.C. … competed with Comox Valley Cougars from 2009 to 2013 … holds school record in 400 meters with a time of 49.76 … member of 4x400-meter relay that posted a school-record time of 3:26.8 and a member of the 4x100-meter relay that set a school record with a time of 45.01.
